The Nova Partnership for Apprenticeships & Skills has a simple aim: to expand the career opportunities for young people and adults by providing high quality, inclusive and focused work-based learning.

Who are we?

Established in 1997, we are a consortium of high quality training providers operating primarily across the South Essex Thames Gateway region. We recognise that we work better when we work together. By gathering such a rich source of experience and knowledge, we are able to offer learners extensive and rewarding programmes which are tailored to their needs and those of local businesses and the Communities we serve.

Our Objectives

Forging strong links with employers enables us to offer up an exceptional array of programmes for young people and adults through Foundation Learning and Apprenticeships. We offer a unique experience for our learners, providing them with a world of opportunities to explore and, in the process, help to build skills needed for local people to benefit from the regeneration of South Essex and the Thames Gateway area.
